Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of your unworn merchandise with tags attached within 90 days of the original date of purchase for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price paid in the original form of payment.
Purchases of clearance merchandise ending in a .98 price ending, are deemed Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return package back to our fulfillment center.
Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment for merchandise purchased at full-price, which has been marked down for the first time, may be made within 14 days from the original date of purchase. Price adjustments are not eligible on special promotions, including %'s off (e.g., 25%, 40%, and 50% etc.) and $'s off. Please note, our stores are not able to process price adjustments for online orders. To request a one-time price adjustment, please call us at 1-877-221-9501 within the 14-day window. Should you be eligible for a price adjustment, we will gladly credit your original form of payment. Depending on your credit card cycle, however, please allow 1-2 cycles for the credit to appear.
How to return
1. Complete the Return Form: Each order comes with a packing slip; on the reverse of this, you'll find the Return Form. Please tell us why you're returning the item.
2. Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the return form (bottom portion of the packing slip) with your return.
3. Ship Your Return:
- To ship your package using our return label:
- Peel off the label and place it on the outside of your box.
- Write your name and address on the space provided on the return section of the label.
- Take your package to your preferred carrier such as UPS, USPS or FedEx.
- Please note that other then for an exchange the cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 days after we have received your return.
If you have misplaced your return form, you can print out the order information from the my account section of our site, or simply include a piece of paper when you send your return back to us with your full name, email address, order number, the name/item number of the item(s) you're returning and how you would like to be refunded (either to your Ashley Stewart credit card account or back to your credit card). If you cannot find your order or item number, please call our Customer Service center at 1-888-221-9501, seven days a week from 8:00AM to 12:00AM. The address to our returns facility is:

Note: We currently can not accept returns of store-bought merchandise at our return facility. All store-bought items must be returned to an Ashley Stewart store.
Helpful Advice on Your return
When selecting the method of shipping your return, Ashley Stewart recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may consider insuring your return. Just take your package to a U.S. post office service window and a representative can add these options for you. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL that provide tracking information.
Return to Store
All purchases online can be returned to any of our Ashley Stewart store locations throughout the United States within 90 days of the date of purchase. Please bring the entire bottom portion of the packing slip with you to the store for an exchange or refund so we can properly credit your account or credit card.
Without the packing slip and within 90 days of the date of purchase, we will gladly accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest known selling price of the item.
A valid driver license, military ID, or non-driver state-issued ID is required for all merchandise returns in a store without a packing slip.
Exchanges
To make the exchange process faster, please call us at 1-877-221-9501 and tell us you want a quick exchange. We will order and charge you for the new merchandise and send it out. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we will credit your account upon receipt.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following our regular return procedure (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order and will not be charged for the return shipping costs.
Returning a Gift?
If you received a gift and want to return it, please follow the regular return process. In our stores, we can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or issue the gift recipient a gift card to be used in one of our stores. Or, if you return to ashleystewart.com, we will automatically refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
