When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. To obtain a delivery status, enter your tracking number at:

*Please Note: Your order will be shipped through the US Postal Service using Smart Post tracking technology. Your order does not ship through Fed Ex.

We only ship within the continental US. We do not ship to hotels, P.O. boxes, military (APO or FPO), US Territories or university addresses.


  
What Is The Cost Of Shipping?

Ashley Stewart offers low, flat-rate $8.95 U.S. ground shipping. So, regardless of how many items you order, you will only pay $8.95 for shipping.
  
What Is Your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of your unworn merchandise with tags attached within 90 days of the original date of purchase for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price paid in the original form of payment, less shipping costs.  Purchases of clearance merchandise ending in a .98 price ending, are deemed Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  
What Is The Status Of My Return?

When selecting the method of shipping your return, Ashley Stewart recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may consider insuring your return. Just take your package to a U.S. post office service window and a representative can add these options for you. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL that provides tracking information.

Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return package back to our fulfillment center.

Can I Return Items Purchased At AshleyStewart.com To An Ashley Stewart Store?

All purchases online can be returned to any of our Ashley Stewart store locations throughout the United States within 90 days of the date of purchase. Please bring the entire bottom portion of the packing slip with you to the store for an exchange or refund so we can properly credit your account or credit card.   Without the packing slip and within 90 days of the date of purchase, we will gladly accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest known selling price of the item.  A valid driver license, military ID, or non-driver state-issued ID is required for all merchandise returns in a store without a packing slip.
  
Can I Exchange An Item Online?
Yes.  To make the exchange process faster, please call us at 1-877-221-9501 and tell us you want a quick exchange. We will order and charge you for the new merchandise and send it out. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we will credit your account upon receipt. This way, you will get the item you want before it is sold out.  If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following our regular return procedure (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order and will not be charged for the return shipping costs.

Can I Return A Gift Online?

If you received a gift and want to return it, please follow the regular return process. In our stores, we can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or issue the gift recipient a gift card to be used in one of our stores. Or, if you return to AshleyStewart.com, we will automatically refund the credit card used by the purchaser.

How Much Will I Be Charged For Sales Tax?
Sales tax is applied to your AshleyStewart.com order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. Appropriate tax charges will appear on the "Review Order" page during checkout.
 
Do You Ship To My Country?
Currently, we are only accepting orders for those residents of the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want you to know that we are working hard to set up international shipping for the near future.
  
Can I Change An Existing Order?
We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
  
Can I Cancel An Existing Order?
An order can be cancelled if it is in "Pending" status. Orders that are "Submitted" or "Shipped" cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you wish to cancel a Pending order, please call Customer Service at 1-877-221-9501.

Can I Re-Route My Shipped Package To Another Shipping Address?
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

How Do I Change My Email Preferences Or Account Information?

  6. Update your new information.

I Put Something In My Shopping Bag And It's Gone. Why?
If you choose to leave the site or if your shopping session times out, your shopping bag will retain your selections for one-hour. After an hour, merchandise is placed back onto our virtual shelves so other customers have the opportunity to make a purchase. It's just like a shopping cart in a store; if you left a retail store to have lunch, and then returned later in the day, it is likely that the items in your cart will have been placed back on the shelves for other customers to purchase. Because Ashley Stewart sells items of limited quantities, we urge you to purchase the items you are interested in when you see them.
  
The Item I Want Is Sold Out. Will You Get More In?

Generally, once a product is sold out, it is likely that we will receive another shipment. However, some products that we carry may only be available to us in limited sizes and quantities. Everyday we load new merchandise, so we suggest that you check the site regularly for your must-have item.
  
I Forgot My Password.
If you forget your password, we can e-mail it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:
   

  1. Click on "My Account" located in the top navigation bar.
  2. Directly under the password field is a link that says "Forgot your password?"
  3. You will be taken to the forgotten password screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your email address.
  4. Type your email address and click the "Submit" button.
  5. We will send an email with a temporary password. For security purposes, your original password will be reset by our system.
  6. Go back to the homepage and continue to shop.

   
When you're ready to proceed to check out, enter your email address and your new temporary password. You can change your temporary password by clicking on "Edit" under "My Account."

How Do I Use A Coupon?

  1. At any time during the checkout process, you may enter your coupon code in the bottom left corner of the shopping basket in the box that says, "Enter Coupon."
