Need to make a return? No problem! Here’s what you need to know:

  • • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • • Most online purchases can be returned to your nearest store or the ecommerce warehouse.
  • • Web exclusives can ONLY be returned to the ecommerce warehouse.
  • • Footwear should be returned in the original box and in new condition.
  • • All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • • Shipping cost are not reimbursed, except in the case of defective merchandise (pictures required).
  • • Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned to stores or the warehouse.
  • A UPS pre-paid return label is included with your invoice for your convenience.  It you use the pre-paid return label, a flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • • For international orders: customs, duties and/or tariffs are not reimbursed. International orders may not use the pre-paid return label.
