  • Quilted puffer coat with faux fur-trimmed hood, faux shearling trims, two flap pockets at front and elasticized buckle fastening belt at waist. Fully lined. Zip fastening through front.
  • Shell: 100% polyester. Filling: 100% polyester. Lining: 100% polyester. Faux Fur: 80% acrylic, 20% polyester.
  • Fasten all closures before washing. Machine wash cold separately. Gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly. Do not iron. Dry clean.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Most online purchases can be returned to your nearest store or the ecommerce warehouse.
  • Online exclusives can ONLY be returned to the ecommerce warehouse.
  • Slippers should be returned in the original packaging and in new condition.
  • All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Shipping costs are not reimbursed, except in the case of defective merchandise (pictures required).
  • Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned to stores or the warehouse.
  • A UPS pre-paid return label is included with your invoice for your convenience. If you use the pre-paid return label, a flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • For international orders: customs, duties and/or tariffs are not reimbursed. International orders may not use the pre-paid return label.
