Return / Exchange Policy
With The Original Receipt
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will gladly accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment. If a coupon or total sale discount was applied, the value will be pro-rated (distributed) across all qualifying items and deducted from any refund. We offer a one-time price adjustment within seven days of purchase, with the original receipt.
Without The Original Receipt
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will gladly accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for an exchange or merchandise credit in the form of a gift card for the lowest known selling price of the item.
Final Sale Merchandise
Any items with “.98” price ending cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. All sales of these items are ‘FINAL’.
Refunds and exchanges must be accompanied with one of the following types of valid identification:
- Government Issued ID
- Military ID
- State Issued ID
- US Driver’s License

You can return most items purchased on AshleyStewart.com to our retail stores or to our e-commerce warehouse. “Web Exclusive” items or items purchased using PayPal, can only be returned to our warehouse and will not be accepted as returns in our retail stores. “Web Exclusive” items include shoes, swimwear, extended sizes, select lingerie,select tops/bottoms, and may also be identified by ‘OE’ on the invoice.
Items being returned to our warehouse should be returned to our online store distribution center at:

Items purchased in our retail stores cannot be returned to AshleyStewart.com and need to be returned to any local Ashley Stewart store. If you wish to return an online purchase to a store, please bring with you a copy of your invoice in order to receive the correct refund. If you do not provide a copy of your invoice, the store will only issue a store credit for the lowest known selling price of the item.
