• We will gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from your order ship date.
• Wedding Dresses must be returned within 15 days of your order ship date.
• You can return most items purchased on AshleyStewart.com to one of our retail store or to our warehouse.
• We do not accept returns for Home items, Shoes or Wedding Dresses in-store.
• Items marked as "Online Exclusive" must be returned to our warehouse.
• Online Exclusives include items sized 28 and up and bra cups C, F, G, & H.
• All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with tags attached in the original packaging.
• Halloween Costumes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales of these items are ‘FINAL’.
• True Beauty Lashes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales of these items are ‘FINAL’.
• Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales of these items are ‘FINAL’.
• When using our prepaid label or printerless code $10 will be deducted from your return total.
