You will be charged at the time when the store fulfills your order for pick up.


You may use the Ashley Stewart credit card, major credit card, Apple Pay, AfterPay, or PayPal on your purchase.


If you would like to cancel your order prior to the store fulfilling, you can reach out to customer service for assistance. If your order has already been fulfilled by the store, you will need to process your return at the store in person, or via phone. If returning via phone, you will need to provide your payment information to the manager processing the return. Your credit card number will never be written down, and will be entered directly into the system for verification. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return Policy here.


Yes, when you are contacted to confirm your pickup, please specify who will be picking up the order. This information will be noted on your order in our system. Whomever picks up the order must show their ID for verification and a copy of your confirmation email to a store associate.
