Need to make a return? No problem! Here’s what you need to know:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Most online purchases can be returned to your nearest store or the ecommerce warehouse.
• Online exclusives can ONLY be returned to the ecommerce warehouse.
• Slippers should be returned in the original packaging and in new condition.
• All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in the original packaging with tags attached.
• Shipping costs are not reimbursed, except in the case of defective merchandise (pictures required).
• Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned to stores or the warehouse.
• A UPS pre-paid return label is included with your invoice for your convenience. If you use the pre-paid return label, a flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
• For international orders: customs, duties and/or tariffs are not reimbursed. International orders may not use the pre-paid return label.
