Need to make a return? No problem! Here’s what you need to know:

• • Web exclusives can ONLY be returned to the ecommerce warehouse.
• • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• • Shipping costs are not reimbursed, except in the case of defective merchandise (pictures required).
• • Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned to the warehouse. Face Mask sales are final, no returns accepted.
• • All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in the original packaging with tags attached.
• • For international orders: customs, duties and/or tariffs are not reimbursed.
• • Items being returned to our Warehouse should be returned to our on-line store distribution center at: Ashley Stewart c/o Radial, 200 Richards Run Road, Burlington, NJ 08016. Please see the back of your order form that was received with your shipment for complete return instructions.
